Community of Hope
The Community of Hope is a group of parishioners who are lay pastoral caregivers who visit hospitals, assisted living homes, nursing homes, hospices, and those who are shut-ins.
In the past year the Community of Hope has visited 694 people, 18 different institutions, held 8 church services at assisted living homes, brought communion to shut-ins and served as lay chaplains at the side altar at all Sunday Services. COH is a division of St.Lukes Episcopal Health System.
